Is it possible to purchase a vehicle from you and register it in the UAE?

Yes. Registering a car in the UAE undergoes the standard procedure of the RTA.

Why is a deposit required?

The deposit confirms your sincere interest in making a purchase.

Is it possible to get a refund of my security deposit?

Reserving a stock vehicle at a local dealership is nonrefundable.

Can I use my security deposit as a partial payment for my purchase?

No, any or all of your security deposit may not be applied towards your vehicle purchase. The deposit funds will be held until your purchase is paid for in full and retrieved from the auction facility. Then, you may either use the security deposit for a different auction or request a refund.

Where can I search for a particular vehicle?

Please go to the search menu and choose the type,make,model and year of a vehicle you are looking for.

Is it possible for me to send your company a link for a car that I am interested in so that you could take care of the buying and shipping process for

Yes, we will be happy to help you get the car that you are interested in. To reserve that vehicle you will need to deposit an amount required by the local dealership. This amount usually ranges between 2000 to 5000 AED

How much does your service cost?

- 0 to 3000 USD  service fee 1500 AED
- 3100 to 15000 USD service fee 2200 AED
- 15100 and above service fee is 4%

 

What options do I have for making payments?

Vehicles can be paid through bank wire transfers or cash in our office in Dubai. 

How can containers be tracked?

Once the vehicle has been loaded into the container, you will be provided with the container number as well as the steamship line name and link to the website where you can track the estimated date of arrival of the container.

How long does sea delivery take after the ship has taken off?

Depending on the location of the delivery port, the time could vary. You can track the estimated arrival dates of your shipment online.

From what ports do you ship vehicles?

Our company ships vehicles from major ports such as Jebel Ali, Mina Zayed, Mina Rashid, Mina Khalid and Khor Fakkhan.

Which UAE sea-port is preferred for the shipment of vehicles?

In many cases, the port located closest to the location of the vehicle should be used for reducing total transportation cost. Sometimes we deliver vehicles to the port with high shipping volume to your country

How long does it take the vehicle to be moved from the auction to the shipment port?

Depending on the location of the vehicle, this process can take from three to ten days.

 

How many vehicles can be transported in one container?

Typically, Auto4Export uses 40’HC containers that can stow 4 small or 3 medium-size cars.

Is it cheaper to use the RO-RO method or to transport vehicles in a container?

When it comes to transporting vehicles from the UAE, transportation in a container tends to be cheaper. However, if you plan to ship the vehicle to an unpopular location or if the vehicle is oversized, you should consider using RO-RO.

What is the RO-RO method shipment?

RO-RO stands for roll on, roll off. Special vessels are used to carry various types of vehicles, which are being loaded and unloaded on their own wheels. These vessels have built-in ramps that allow transport to be rolled on and off the vessel.An alternative to RO-RO is LO-LO method. LO-LO means that cranes are used to load and unload vehicles.

Does Auto4Export transport oversized vehicles such as boats or construction units?

Yes, we do. Oversized vehicles are loaded by the RORO method (Roll on, Roll off). Rates typically depend on the vehicle’s size, port of loading and port of destination.

Can you guarantee the exact date of vehicle arrival?

No. All dates are estimated as delays may occur due to the weather conditions or Customs formalities.

How do I get my vehicle after it has arrived at the port?

You should get in touch with your port agent whose details will be provided in the bill of landing document we sent you. The agent will organize the process of unloading the vehicles and will provide additional documents if required.
